If something breaks, a room does not sync, or you need help with account or data questions, this is the support page for Mirror.

Include your device model, iOS version, room code if relevant, and a short description of what happened.

Common cases

Cannot join a room: make sure both players use the same room code or open the same invite link.

Waiting for partner: check that both players finished their answers and still have an active connection.

Playing solo: use the one-phone mode and pass the device between turns.

TestFlight and App Store

If you are testing a beta build, you can also send feedback through TestFlight. For release builds, use the support email above.
